The coil building technique is an ancient method of building objects using thin coils of clay. In this technique, the coils of clay are stacked and joined together to create the desired shape. By placing the coils of clay on top of each other and then working and connecting them with your hands or tools, you can build three-dimensional objects, in our case a beautiful vase! By building and manipulating the clay layer by layer, you can create unique and personalized ceramic pieces that each have their own character and charm.
